1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Simon's Cleaners, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all customers, visitors and users of our services, whether you access them through our website, by phone or in person at our studio.

2. Services and Descriptions

Simon's Cleaners provides professional leather cleaning, repair and restoration services. We make every effort to accurately describe our services and pricing. However, we reserve the right to modify services, pricing or discontinue items at any time without notice.

All services are performed according to industry standards and best practices. We will communicate any additional recommendations or discovered issues during the service process.

3. Estimates and Pricing

Initial estimates are provided based on visual assessment and may be subject to change upon detailed examination. We will notify you of any pricing changes before proceeding with work. A final quote will be provided and must be approved before we begin service.

For standard services, pricing is as listed on our website and in our studio. Custom work, complex repairs and specialty items require individual quotes.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments for consultations and drop-offs can be scheduled by phone, email or in person. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Items left at our studio for more than 90 days without contact may be considered abandoned and disposed of according to applicable law.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, credit cards, checks and digital payments. For large restoration projects, we may require a 50% deposit before work begins.

Unpaid items may be retained until payment is received. We reserve the right to charge storage fees for items left beyond the agreed pickup date.

6. Service Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 14 days of pickup. We will re-inspect the work and make appropriate corrections at no additional charge.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear not visible during initial assessment
  • Damage caused by external factors after pickup (weather, accidents, etc.)
  • Natural deterioration of leather over time
  • Items with hidden damage discovered during processing

7. Liability Limitations

While we exercise extreme care with all items, Simon's Cleaners liability for any damage, loss or delay is limited to the lesser of the actual value of the item or the cost of service provided.

We recommend that customers maintain their own insurance for valuable items. We are not responsible for items left beyond 30 days after completion notification.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about item condition and desired services
  • Removing personal belongings and valuables from items before service
  • Promptly picking up completed items
  • Reviewing and approving final work before departure

9. Intellectual Property

Before and after photographs of restored items may be used for promotional purposes unless you specifically opt out. Contact us if you do not want your items photographed or featured in our marketing materials.

10. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer who is abusive to staff, fails to pay for previous services or whose behavior creates an unsafe or uncomfortable environment.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Clinton, Mississippi.
