Yes! We offer free pickup and delivery within 20 miles of Clinton, MS. For locations beyond that area, we work with trusted shipping partners to ensure your items arrive safely at our studio and return to you in perfect condition. Shipping costs are based on distance and will be included in your quote. Local clients can also drop off and pick up at our studio at 300 Clinton Boulevard.

Simply empty all pockets and remove any detachable accessories like key chains or bag charms. There's no need to clean the items yourself - this could actually make assessment more difficult. Just bring them as they are and we'll handle everything. If there are specific concerns (stains, damage, odors), make note of them so we can address them during the assessment.

Yes, we offer expedited services for an additional fee when our schedule permits. Rush orders typically receive priority handling with completion in 1-3 business days for standard services like cleaning and conditioning. We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), checks and digital payments including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is due at the time of service completion. For large restoration projects, we may request a deposit of 50% before work begins.

Yes, color matching is one of our specialties. We have an extensive dye library and can create custom color matches to restore faded areas or match original colors. For complete color changes, we work with you to select the perfect new shade. We always do a test spot first so you can approve the color before proceeding with the full treatment.
