We work with all types of leather including full-grain, top-grain, genuine leather, suede, nubuck, exotic leathers (crocodile, ostrich, snakeskin) and bonded leather. Simply empty all pockets and remove any detachable accessories like key chains or bag charms. There's no need to clean the items yourself - this could actually make assessment more difficult. Just bring them as they are and we'll handle everything. If there are specific concerns (stains, damage, odors), make note of them so we can address them during the assessment.

Frequency depends on usage and exposure. Frequently used items like daily bags, car interiors and work boots benefit from annual cleaning and conditioning. Jackets and occasional-use items may only need attention every 1-2 years. Items stored long-term should be inspected annually and conditioned if the leather appears dry. Regular maintenance extends the life of your leather significantly.

Yes, color matching is one of our specialties. We have an extensive dye library and can create custom color matches to restore faded areas or match original colors. For complete color changes, we work with you to select the perfect new shade. We always do a test spot first so you can approve the color before proceeding with the full treatment.
